hey guys, don't know if this is the appropriate thread for this but im thinkin of order this spring shock combo with lower control arms from this site and i wanna know if anyone has dealt with them and if they're legit

Not sure of the seller, but those look like OEM shocks, springs, and ITR rear LCA's. Is that your intention, to buy OEM stuff?

Actually, on 2nd look, those appear to be OEM ITR springs/shocks/LCA's. Is that what you intend to buy? Looks pretty shady to have cut brake lines and calling the LCA's "JDM"

 

well yeah im working on restoring my car and trying to put it back to OEM spec and maybe selling it.idk ive looked around the site and have a lot of other stuff but im not sure thats why im coming here first to get a second opinion, since its pretty tempting for the price

EDIT: forgot to mention that these are going on my 95 EJ2 Coupe if that makes any difference

if you're after oem itr suspension there you go

the cut brake lines are common with jdm importers. with engines they just snip wires and more or less cut it out. even received one transmission with two cut axles before.

 

so its ok then right? i just wanna be sure before doing business with them
ill probably order somethin small and see how that goes and make some phone calls

They're legit. I've been to their facility many times. Bought an ITR exhaust, ITR spare tire, front lower control arms, and rad from them in 2010. They like to wheel and deal in person.

Can't speak for their internet sales but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for local sales.

 

How can you be sure that ITR stuff is legit and not stolen?
