i have a daily driven EF. my susp. set up is for street/track use.
KYB AGX Adjustable shocks and Omni Power slip on coilovers (go ahead and flame )

I'm happy with the setup. Especially happy with the price, got everything for less than 500.

00 gsr daily driver / autox / hpde. Can't comment on the suspension at the track, just installed it, but went with Koni/GC w/ 400/400 springs. Its stiff for the street, but doable.

I was looking into that same setup actually. The stiffness aint a big deal cause I am goin to have it a daily driver but I guess u could consider it a semi daily driver cause I have 2 vechiles and with all the work I am doing I wont drive it everyday of the week but I will drive it alot it wont just be parked. What Koni Shocks did you go with? I was lookin into Koni Yellow Shocks. Thanks for the post

hmm...i actually dont think that its that stiff of a ride...my setup is
koni/gc (yellows)
450f/400r
usdm rear Type R sway bar
ingalls camber kit upfront
washer trick in the back

i think that this setup is perfect for the street (spring wise) atleast thats how i feel...i'm acutally going to change the rear springs for some 550lbs/in...hope that helps you a lil more...

Why do you wanna stiff up your rear springs more? But I was lookin into Koni Yellow, Ground Control, was tryin to deside on what chamber kit, strut bars, etc. I should go with.

that's exactly the same as my setup, except no camber kits. I think this is a nice street/track compremise

Under the search function.

And as for 550 rear, my setup was 430fr/550rr and let me tell you it was a blast around corners. Although, it does get bumpy. Now i'm on 430/330. The ride is better but on corners, it was understeer heaven. You win some, you lose some.
I suggest anything under 400 for street use. Anything above is just too stiff for me.

i have skunk2 springs and tokico struts... i dont even think the front springs are the right ones though. i had to take out the rubber piece from the top strut bar part to fit the spring in it

Well this car aint goin to be driven a whole lot. So the stiffness aint goin to bother me that day, cause if it does I can park it and drive my other vechile lol. So you all suggest 400 to 430 front and 500 to 550 in the rear?

koni yellows and ground controls is a good setup; very diverse under all driving situations.

im not that much into autox and track driving. my bars are pretty much just visual over function. i have a benen lower tie bar, skunk2 front upper, and em racing rear upper strut bar.

So how can you tell about what lb the springs are? Cause on most websites when I see Ground Control Adjustable Springs it dont say anything about if it 400lbs. or 500lbs. or whatever. How can I tell?

Its better if you just give them a call. My 550 lb spring is 6.5 inches and you can't find 6.5 inches on the website anywhere.

Here's how you read the numbers:
0700.250.0325
0700= 7 inches
250= 2.5 ID
0325= 325 lbs
