What would be the maximum extended strut mount with a stock hood on a 95 civic? I don't want to space the hood out unless it is a must, however extended strut mounts or "top hats" do help the ride a little. Any clues?

 

u can also by ground control top hats(not sure for the del sol maybe) or you can also move the shock lower into the front fork about 1 inch that would help. you can also do both.
