Well for my question has anybody used these with AGX's. My consern here is the fact that the adjuster in the front may stick out further than on other shocks that have no adjuster. I have not installed the shocks on my car or the coil overs(skunk2). If nobody has used these home made or ground control extended upper mounts but has agx shocks could you give me a mesurment of how far it sticks out from the top of the upper mount.
I know i can remove or drill the webbing under the hood if needed but would rather not. And to those that have agx's on your car a pic would be great up close of the strut tower area

anyone?? just need to know if i may run into problems with hood clearnce due to the adjusters.

It should work fine if you think you will have clearance problems just make the tube you weld on shorter

I had to cut my hood a bit and space it up.....damn teins are long...haha

just do the JDM washer trick on the rear of your hood
