Default Steering problems

hello, i need some help. i have 92 civic hatch with koni shocks.

about 70mph++ the steering starts to get shaky kind of uncontrol. the steering seems to be overresponsive. just a little touch will start swaying the car. i have read other posts, but not specifically for this model civic.

i noticed other suggestions were to change out tie rod ends, replace ball joints, replace outter bushing on steering rack, and adjust the "steering adjustment bolt"

i know since these after market shocks tends to decrease the life of these parts because of their stiffness.

all help appreciated, i am novice mechanic, and any type of walk through or pics for doing the necessary repairs would be greatly appreciated.
