Got a 2000 civic with at set of KYB AGX's all around. The front struts squeak whenenver bumps or dips are encountered. Is it a moisture (weather related) thing or something else? They dont bounce..actually work quite well ...they have been on the car since about '05. Not leaking either. any ideas? also when i turn the stearing wheel the slightest in either direction i can hear it also....belt on the ps pump seems to be tight and not slipping so.....wtf?...lol.

usually it's the springs that squeak... if they are aftermarket then you can usually get rubber tubing to wrap them

What led you to believe the shocks are making noise? My front upper control arm bushings make all kinds of squeaking noises when the suspension moves.

x2, i just had blox upper control arms installed, and from one side i was getting very loud squeeks initially, but slowly slowly its getting less. Sounds worse when full locking. I actually don't get it from one side at all, seems as though the side squeeking wasn't tq'd properly.
