Default Spring rate question

The standard D2 spring rates for a Civic hb 92-95... Is it front: 11k and rear: 7k? Just like Ksport?

Hmmz... Okeej. I was thinking about getting them in 11/9 or 12/10. What would be better?
I like a stiff ride and want to go low (not too low). Is 11/9 enough of should I take 12/10?
