Default spring rate

Im looking at getting KYB GR2 with some tein springs. The spring rates are 210 for front and 140 for rear. How is that compared to stock spring rate for a Del Sol VTEC? And also, excuse my noobness as i know little about suspension, but would i need a camber kit with this if im dropping like 1.75 in front and back? Thanks.

thats pretty much stock rates.

tein advertises their springs to be simply lowering springs. they seem to be pretty damn true to their word.

you dont need camber kits, you need to get an alignment to fix your toe when you lower your car.
