Default Setup help

Im going to go with koni yellow/gc on a stripped ef sedan. What spring rates and shock weight should i be using. It will be a daily driver and see the track as often as possible. Im serious about the track and dont really mind about the daily aggressive feel. Any help helps alot!

what kind of "track" events are you talking about? Road course setups may vary from autocross setups. Whether it's stripped or not won't affect the rates much at all. It's a matter of preference and tire selection. Tires and braking performance will also impact how the suspension is setup... whether you have other braces and anti-roll bars will also matter. There is no magic number.

If you're looking for something in-between, just get the 450/350 package that they offer. They've done plenty of testing. Best yet, just go to Ground Control Suspension Systems and contact them and ask your questions there.

Just keep the "spirited driving" at the tracks.
