Default set-up for DC2

I have a 96 integra gsr and I am searching for the best set-up to lower my car. I am wanting a noticeable difference, but not too low. My budget is $600 or less if possible..I go to college and it is driven daily, so I want a good ride but nice look...My first option is the eibach pro-kit/tokico illumina setup because one of my buddies has it and loves it, but I was wondering if I could get some good options other than this. I am looking at k-sport springs also, but I am not sure what shocks to get...Any help is appreciated! Thanks

What is your budget? How low do you want to go?

for $600 or just a little over you could buy koni yellows and some lowering springs. decide how low u wanna go and then just get the springs. Eibach prokit or sportlines might suit you.
