Yes, if it is just the band that is broken off and the boot is not damaged. You should be able to buy a CV boot band clamp at any reputable car parts store. You may not be able to find it by itself, you may need to get a DIY boot kit but it is worth it if tyour boot is still usable.

When you get that band, also look to see if any special tools are required to install it as there are a number of different designs. Don't just put on a plumbing worm-drive hose clamp as I have heard done a few times though.

local auto parts stores sell them. get the ones you can instal with basic tools....they are the ones that come as spares with most re-manned axles.
