Default Rear disk Conversion

I just did the 93 si rear disk conversion on my 92 eg and the left side spins like butter but the right is all bound up! piston is all the way down pads brand new rotors are brand new! i dont get it i have taken it apart like 6 times now and cant figure it out. when i have the caliper and the rotor with no wheels on it, it spins fine but once i put the wheel on and tighten the lug nuts up its all bound up!!!??????????? and i bled em 2 times it was done legit! any suggestions? i could for sure use em hahah

Is the wheel hitting the caliper?
