Icon2 "Rear Camber Washer Trick" Question

Quick question, i dropped my 00 si on Function Form T1 coilovers, i have bad camber in the rear wheels and its chewing through tires... with the rear washer trick i know i need (4) M10 x 1.25 45mm bolts and 3/8 Galvanized Washers.

Could anybody who has done the rear washer fix tell me how many washers i should use per bolt in order to remove the camber and put it as close to stock as possible, im assuming 3 but im not sure. Heres a pic of the allignment sheet and the drop. thanks!

If you're chewing through tires you have a toe issue. You might want to address that first

Toe would be the killer, however, if you change your rear camber you NEED to have the toe adjusted again.

I did the washer trick with 4 rather thin washers, 2 on each bolt, and I was able to pull -1* from the rear. I'll see if i can find the box, for the size of them. But, I did run stock bolts.

Also, you don't need to remove that much. -1.5* with the toe set correctly, should be more then enough. Also, is the car lowered evenly? Your camber is all over the place.

The spec on the sheet is it after the alignment was done?

your alignment is all over the place. something is amiss with your RF camber, it should be close to what your LF is.

rear toe is way off also, i suspect your adjusters are seized so they didn't try to align it.

yes thats after the alignment, they didnt touch the rears because it was "Frozen", i know the washers wouldnt be a perfect fix but i figured it would help save the tires. suggestions?

Changing the camber, could actually make it worse.

Fix the adjusters, change camber, get it re aligned.

the washers aren't going to fix your problem. you're gonna need to replace your toe adjusters.

is that something i should do with an aftermarket toe adjuster, or would it be better to take it to the dealer to replace stock adjusters? (if they will even do it on a modded suspension?),

if the bolts are seized im not sure how many options i have. forgive the noob questions i dont know much about alignment.

The first thing I'd do is mess with the toe adjusters yourself make sure they're actually seized. If you can't get them to move, replace them. Personally I'd use OEM parts.

For the camber, I'd start with 2 washers per bolt on the right and 3 washers on the left.

And as Kyden suggested, figure out what's going on with the front end. Something is bent.

I would replace them with OEM toe adjuster arms for sure. Keeping your toe reliably the same over time is key, and we KNOW oem adjusters do that pretty well.

Also, that alignment makes me cry.

It looks like the the front right wheel was smacked into a curb. The subframe may need to be shifted back over to the right.

You should be able to get that toe back to spec.
