Default Quick alignment question

The rear of my 2001 acura integra coupe feels like it wants to come loose on fast turns. I think it's because of my rear camber being around -0.8 on both sides. i think adding a little more camber should help some of this issue along with giving it a better looking stance(too upright).
My question is...

How will toe change by adding a little bit of camber? Does it go up or down and by how much?

Camber acceptable range is -2.0 to 0.0 Currently at -0.08
Toe acceptable range is .04 to .16 Currently at .05

I'm not an expert on trailing arms but I don't believe camber affects the to toe much, the front it would for sure. Have you changed the trailing arm bushes or checked them for damage? Mine happen to be ripped and i can feel them step out on hard cornering, perhaps your car is doing the same. Toe-in on the rear will make the chassis more stable but will increase under steer, more negative camber will improve side bite but under hard braking will lose contact patch when traveling straight. I wouldn't mess with any of the settings unless you have great tires, that's always the first place to start.

Depending on a number of things, the tow can change throughout the travel of the suspension. Sometimes this can be changed, but mostly it takes relocating the suspension points on the chassis. Other than that, the only option is to make the suspension as stiff as acceptable to minimize suspension travel and thus toe change. Optimal camber can be determined by checking the temperature across the surface of the tire after a run. If the tire is hotter on the outside than the inside, you can add more negative camber. But really your numbers look pretty good as is. Maybe a little more camber, but that is just a guess. It needs to be determined at the track.
