Icon2 Odd binding issue

92 prelude everything was good then I changed;

Jdm lsd tranny
5th gen hub swap
5gen parts store axles
New wheels and tires
New upper control arms with new spc bj

Upon driving it I noticed a significant pop/wheel hop from the front right wheel under hard! left turns and got worse the faster and harder i turn... I determined it was axle bind, or some kind of odd alignment issue. toe is 1/8 out, adjusting didnt make much difference. Tire pressures good tried pressures from 29 to 38 with kuhmo ecsta xs 205 50 15. I swapped control arms out for my previous tubular arms, no change. I re torqued everything. All bushings are good. Adjusting camber more positive from -2 to 0 it very slightly helped but still binding up.

Here is the weird part.
Pulled the motor out, put a new synchro in the tranny
Replaced the block
Put in new driveshaft shop axles
Install
The binding moved to the left front!? under right turns, also in dips at higher speeds, 60+

Braking and whenever the nose dips while turning it is real bad

Any idea what could be causing this? I am getting on a rack tomorrow night

if had not changed sides or started after lsd swap i would lean towards a ball joint or some other component but after those changes thats my conclusion

I now notice it coming from both sides. Dips in the road greatly effect it. The more the suspension compresses the worse it gets

well that "kinda" rules out lsd now. MAYBE strut bearings? or broken/cracked upper control arm?

Uca have been swapped out with no change with different upper bj
Lower bj are new
Bushings are stock new lowers, energy uca that have been regreased. But these were all on the car prior to the problem.

How does that rule out lsd?

"normally" bumps wont show a lsd issue, turns, slow speed, launches, that type of thing will show an lsd issue.

not saying its not that but i find hard to belive it. my money is on a suspension part at this point

I have had 2 brand new sets, advanced auto parts axles, then driveshaft shop. No "known" goog. No traction control here. 5gen axles in 4 gen with jdm lsd trans. (Case is slightly larger) driveshaft shop says 4gen and 5gen axles are the same.

AXLES ARE TOO LONG

I swapped the driver side axle (drive shaft shop level 0) out for a advanced auto parts store brand axle which was about 1/4 inch shorter and the problem is resolved.

Wtf driveshaft shop?
