Default is this normal?

is this normal..im having all sorts of noises comming from the pasenger side of the car..this video is from the passenger side.. its the rotor.. drivers side rotor does not move at all..and i have no problems with that side at all..no noises nothing what so ever..heres the video. i no it has something to do with this..because ive changed the inner and outter tie rods..ball joints...axles..the retaining screws r missing but ive read other people saying on here that they r only there so that the rotor doesnt fall off in the build process..exactly what mine is doing..falling off..im going to get the screws tomorrow and see if that helps..the rim does hold it in the place but the funny thing is.say i take the rims off ok..then i put the rim back on..tighten the lugs up as tight as i can get..go drive, i hear no noises..once the lugs loosen up a bit from driving the noise comes back...clunking all sorts of stuff..so i tighten it back and no noise..lugs get lose same noise.repeating process..pads and rotors r good..been aligned..tires and rims r balanced..

Those little counter sunk screws are not 100% necessary. Some cars don't even have those screws, some have clips. If you have them great, if not I would not worry about it.

Lug nuts should not be tightened "as tight as you can" there is a specific torque. It should be about 85ft-lbs check your owners manual. If those are damaged or elongated they could cause vibrations and eventually loosen the lugnuts.

From what you discribed It looks like you have an issue with your lugnuts not staying torqued. Check the threads on the studs and check the seating surfaces on your wheels and the wheel center bore.

Torque your wheels down properly and that shouldn't be a problem.
