Default need help choosing a "drag" suspension setup

ive been looking at different types of suspension to use for my track car.. on previous cars i have used omni drag setup and worked great... just looking for some opinions on whats good and what will last... a couple of diff setups i was looking into are blox, skunk2, pic but im open to all options... car is a track car and will be doing 12k front and 18k rear... thanks in advance guys

12k front spring is too much you need a spring rate that will support the weight of the front end 700lb spring are about as low as you want reason being when you leave the line a 12k spring is going to push the front end up = less traction but by using a low spring rate the spring cant push up the car = better traction.

This is not true. The normal (downward) force on the tires is only a function of the CG height, vehicle mass, and acceleration. There is some "weight" transfer due to the cg moving as the car pitches up, but it is very small. 12 AND 18k springs are so stiff there will be nearly no suspension movement.

Also think about this. Lets say you have have 300lb/in spring and a 600lb/in spring. If you have 600lbs of "weight" transfer from that wheel, which one is going to move more?? The 300lb/in spring.

Strange engineering has some good coilover. Dual adjustable damping.

Also IPG with progress technology launched their drag coilover too.

Those are my top 2 choices if im in the market.
