I'm looking to lower my 98 gsr about 2 in. up front and 1.75 in. rear and was wondering what you guys think the best setup would be without spending a huge amount of money. thanks

lots of people here like ground control and skunk2 coilovers. both of those are around 200 each. haven't used either of those but i have heard lots of good things.
