i ordered my koni yellow and GC. Now i need yours experience to help me find the best antiroll/sways bar (sizes?) and some suspension pushing kit for my 01 prelude. What part of pushing do you usually replace on your car? thanks guys

Pushing?
Do you mean "Bushing"? I don't really know preludes, so I can't comment on what bushings work best, but I can tell you that you can easily tell what bushings are worn out by getting under the car & looking at them. The rubber is clearly visible, and any cracks or stress is a clear indicator that it's time to replace them.
Personally I prefer new OEM rubber ones for street cars. If there is a lot of bushings in a single control arm (3 or more), it's usually cheaper to purchase brand new control arms from an on-line Honda dealer (slhondaparts.com or hondaautomotiveparts.com). If you want to replace just the bushings, you usually have to pay a machine shop to press the old ones out & the new ones in. My local shop charged me $10 each ($40 total for two LCAs)...
I believe preludes have more ball-joints & less bushings in their suspension (compared to civics & integras). That may be better or worse for a do-it-yourself-er since ball-joints can be replaced at home (if you know how)...
