So my gsr was stolen a months ago and i'm now rebuilding it. I had ksport coilovers and i thought they were pretty good because the ride was pretty decent. So i just want some input on what you guys think a new setup should be? i don't want anything that's too rough yet something that puts up with my rough street driving.

haha don't take my word for it. Take the word of those who have driven and raced on this setup for many years. I liked my old setup, except that the rear springs were just too damn stiff.

No, Sportline springs are OEM-style springs to go on normal shocks.
Eibach Race Springs (ERS) are linear springs meant for use with dampers with adjustable spring perches. They come in hundreds of standard sizes, lengths, and spring rates.
Honda Ground Controls use 2.5" ID springs, and I was running 8" long 380 lb/in springs up front, and 7" long 450 lb/in springs in the rear. IMHO 450 lb/in is just too stiff for the lighter rear end of the car. It had a major negative impact on ride quality. If I had to do it again I would probably go with 8" 400 lb. springs up front and 7" 300 lb. springs in the rear.
