Default HELP - spring rates for gc/koni setup

hey HT, im going to purchase some koni yellows with ground control coilovers with custom spring rates. i plan on lowering my car about 2-2.5'. Im only using it for daily driving so i was leaning towards 420f/350r if not probably 350f/280r. Im not looking for a stiff ride, just want to lower it and have a smooth ride. If anyone has opinions on what rates to get, please let me know. thanks

Oh and i dont know if it makes a difference but i got the ASR w/ 22mm rear sway bar as well.

400f/280r would be good.

high front rate to keep you out of the bumb stops and a low rear rate to keep the ride nice. Combine it with the rear bar, and IMO i would add a front bar too OEM is great, and you are set to go

go with 400/350

i got 380/300 and i almost wish i would have gone stiffer, but i know itll be good either way and not a huge difference but if i could have done it again knowing i would have taken it jus that little bit higher
