Default help with noises

hey i have a integra need help trying to fix squeeky noises coming from my car. this problem started about 2 weeks after i lowered my car with H&R Race springs. i took it to the mechanic and he told me its probally my shocks so i said ok thats probally it cause its worn out already so i bought some Koni Red shocks and the problem is still there. its coming from the front and back of the car left and right side. i have new axles so forsure its not that also. can it be the springs?? bushings?? what do you guys think and also is there a big difference between the Race and Sport Springs like big notice if i change them to Sport because i dont really want to buy a camber kit and its a little low becasue i plan on getting smaller tires thanks for the help

What a vague question. You're not going to get any help unless you provide more information.

My suggestion: take it to a qualified mechanic. If you want to do something yourself, start by checking the torque on every suspension and brake bolt in your car.
