Are they dampening adjustable? From what i understand they are but do not have detents? Is that true?

The Type I coilovers are non-dampening adjustable. They are however, height adjustable. They are full-bodied coilovers. Hope this answers your question. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us. Thank you very much.
