Function 7 LCA's?
i can speak for function7 that they do honor their warranty. i have a control arm i bought a few years ago that had a problem (2 weeks ago). i sent it in and got a new one back within a week. no questions asked.

I remember hearing about someone who got in a wreck in the RSX and it messed up the bushings in the arm. Function7 either sent him and arm or the bushing free of charge.

If I was living in a gated community, and my car was under surveillance while I was at work I wouldn't sweat it and I'd buy the whole f7 shop. I wouldn't imagine that most of us Honda/Acura owners have this advantage though.
Just my $.02
You must either remove the decal and reapply or remove the decal and keep it safe with your records. That bar-code decal is how they track the batches and make sure there are no QC issues.

Also think of the many hours and years of testing and R&D that goes into F7's parts. They do tons of stress and strain testing on their products to make sure they hold up to everyday street and track abuse. If there is EVER any problem they will replace the bushings and/or the arms.
You really think you'll get that kind of service from Buddy Club, or BWR?

The serial numbers contain a product ID, date, batch, machine info, serial, etc. We use this primarily for quality control.
When powdercoating please take note not to exceed 450 deg F for more than 22 minutes. If you're interested in getting your arms powdercoated, probably a good idea to send it to us to get it done since we have the process down pat. The price is $30 plus shipping (i.e. back to you).
We're also experimenting with different colors to see what works and what doesn't. Here's a small sample of what we've messed around with.
Function 7 is the way to go. for for some of us we cant afford the F7's. Ive had my S2 lca's for over 2 years now and ive never had an issue with them. the bushings dont show any signs of wear. these are the only two lca's i would ever invest in.
Can't afford the function7? Anyone who can afford $150 or especially $190 for skunk2 arms can wait a few more weeks and get $240 for the Function7 LCAs.
I didn't think I could afford volks either, but I sold my konigs for $400 and saved my money for a few weeks and, OMG I have a part I didn't think I could afford!!!!!!!!!!!!
Worth every penny. Just like waiting an extra week and spending $260 on the Function7 brace over the $180 ASR brace.

Not to knock ASR or anything, I think they and F7 both make a great product when it comes to subframe bracing. They both do their job. But as for saving, yeah I saved for 8 months to be able afford Koni Sport + H&R springs back in 2001/2. Sucked riding at stock height for 8 months but it was the best decision I ever made for my car.
Indeed, ASR is a great product as well. I just wanted my subframe brace to have the integral mounts the Function7 offers for my funky progress swaybar. Also it will match the Function7 LCAs I'll eventually get. When I feel the pain from my most recent alignment subside.

We designed our brace with multiple mounting holes to accomodate almost any swaybar combination - all part of our goal of universal compatibility, making our products friendly to current mods that our customers already own, and minimize the expense when installing new parts.

We do know the Progress sway bars will work (this applies to the progress sway bars for DC, EG, EK and also the RSX/EP3), so will ST sway bars, Comptech, and of course the OEM Honda Type-R (US and JDM spec).... just to name a few off the top of my head.
If you have a swaybar whose brackets somehow don't match any of the mounting holes on our brace, we have an "when all else fails" option. We can also supply an Energy Suspension bracket kit ($30ish IIRC) to accomodate any swaybar sized between 12mm (1/2") to about 35mm (1-3/8") so that you can mount it on the brace.
