Default Function 7 lca and endlink ?

Ive got the function 7 lca's on my eh2(eg6), and im putting a gs-r rear anti-roll bar(sway) on. upon attching the endlinks to the lca's, there are 3 holes in which to attach the endlinks too. If i get the adjustable endlinks, what is the difference on where you place the endlinks too ?

given the same adjusted length it would be stiffness or the arb rate.

The softest setting is the inside, center is closest to stock, and the outside is the "hardest".

The holes are marked: H = hard, M = medium (closest to stock), S = soft.

The stiffness changes by about 10% going from hole to hole (i.e. each step).
