Can someone please point out a good place or a possible write up for a Front Strut replacement how to.. 2001 Civic EX to be specific.

remove.

2 top nuts.
1 bolt/nut in the lower fork.
if stock should have a bracket for the brake line. remove bolts if that is the case.

loosen.

1 bolt on fork that holds damper.

 

2001 EX is Macpherson.

Remove the two lower strut bolts.

Support the LCA/kunckle so it doesn't swing down and pull the CV joint apart inside the boot.

Remove the ABS wires and brake hose from the strut but don't remove them from the car.

Remove the top nuts from inside engine bay.

Drop the strut assembly.
