Cut bump stops?
Check with the spring manufacturer as you need to know if they made their design to include contact of the whole or partial bump rubber as a working part of the spring rate or not. This is very common these days with OEs and aftermarket where they plan for you to be using the bump rubber so it is critical that you have installed what they planned to be there. I have no experience with the Tein springs so contact them directly as only their know their design considerations. If you start making guesses outside of their plan, or worse yet just throw away the bump rubbers like a lot of clueless installers do then youa re asking for trouble.
