My question is i want neuspeed/hr street springs for the car and illuminas will i use all parts for the 90 std model or will i have to buy 2 diffrent springs and struts for the parts im using on the upgraded front end. I have not decided on si or dx parts. whatever i come across first

the ZC swap will have absolutely no effect to the suspension.

yeah, youre making no sense.

you only need the U brackets and endlinks to mount a front swaybar on the STD. the lower control arms already have the holes to accept the endlinks.
