i am buying ground control coilovers for my 95 civic and i am wanting feedback from people who have used these. What settings worked for you. or what settings worked on other coilovers?? thanks

 

If you're talking about what spring rates to go with I have 450 front, 350 rear and it's nice. It isn't the worst thing ever in town and it works alright on the track. If I was to do it again I'd go a little higher both front and rear. Maybe 500/400 or 500/450. But then again I'm used to how bumpy mine are now, if I took that step all at once it might've bothered me more...maybe not.
