Coilover Kit adjustment
If you have a Coilover kit on your Civic, how do you go about making adjustment and knowing how much of a drop you made?? eg: 2-turns on the coilover rings equals to 1" drop ect..... one of my friend just bought this kit from someone and did not get the paper work with it.
any help on this please....
thank you...

Just set the perches about halfway up the sleeves, put the car on the ground and jounce the suspension to get it settled. Then see where it sits and see how much you need to adjust it.
Note that 1" of movement on the spring perch will equal about 1.5" of ride height change at the tire/fender.
Also note that if you want the car to sit level, all 4 perches will be at different heights. If you set them all the same, or even the same on each side at the front or rear, the car's ride height will be uneven.
