If the springs came with adjustable sleeves, something that looks like this...

Then you MIGHT be able to use them. If they are just springs, then no, you can't use them. Either way, I wouldn't recommend using them with a 100% stock suspension.

Most important is that the coilover was designed to work on your specific car. Some more information on who makes it, even the numbers off the spring (if it has any) or pictures would be helpful. I would always recommend upgrading the dampers (shocks) if installing stiffer springs. Examples of quality aftermarket, performance dampers are Koni Yellows and KYB AGX. I personally own both (one set on one car, one on another) and they exceed my expectations, especially the AGX, considering the price. Sometimes (if not all the time) you need a special sleeve to allow the coilovers to work on the Koni Yellows though.

Lastly, keep the drop modest, roughly 1.5 inches. Lowering more can cause excessive tire wear, wear on suspension components, and a very rough ride if it is extremely low.

Without knowing more about the coilovers, I would shy away from installing them on your car. Look into getting Ground-Control coilovers or another reputable brand.
