Default Chassis stability question

If I were to cut or grind down or cut the pinch weld in the front wheel wells? I ask because it's cutting into my tires and all that jazz. Thanks

you could bang it upwards with a big *** sledge hammer, that's what i did to stop it from cutting into my tires
