Default Caster issue on a EJ2

I just bought the rims and tires on the car, once I put them on the passenger right front is rubbing the fender liner. I looked under the car and I do not see any way to adjust the caster. I am not sure what I need to do to fix this. I also looked into a traction bar to pull the wheel forward but dont see how with the setup on this model.

Any advice? I am headed to the local salvage yard hopefully tonight or in the morning to get the mount and the 2 lower arms and replace them to see if that helps.

Pic.

You can see the tire really close to the back of the fender on the front.

I got the new lower control arms and that mount that the back part of the lower control arm bolts too. It fixed the issue, I figured I would post the fix in case someone has the same issue one day.
