Default Camber problem/question

Hey guys we just changed tires, got everything aligned but I forgot to take note how much camber the tires have. I've attached a picture, it's the most vertical angle that I can get. Will post a picture from the front tomorrow.

Is the camber this bad?: https://honda-tech.com/forums/showpo...81&postcount=9

My question is this: From your rough estimate, how negative is the camber of it? Will it destroy the tires? Clearance of fender and tire on front is around .5in to 1in. Rear is at 1in to 1.5in.

EDIT: Added more pics guys just for representation and judgment. Came back to the shop, and asked how much camber the car had or if they still have a record of the reading. Unfortunately the mechanic said they don't have any record but he remembers that the camber was just around -1.5 to -1.7, ALL WERE BELOW -2. Toe was set to almost 0.

Soooooooooooo, will it be all right sir? OR will it kill the tires. I've also read that having -2 camber won't kill the tires, toe will kill the tires. Hopefully this is true. Sorry for the noobness here. I'm just new to cars, trying to learn and read as much as possible.. Thank you all for you responses!

That picture doesn't do anything to show the camber. If the car was aligned to factory specs, you're fine.

If you got a printout from the alignment shop, post it up! Anything more than like 4, 5 degrees, you'll see slight inner wear.

The guy in that pic is easily runing -3.5-4*

Car? I am about that low and I run -2* all around, however, I did do the washer trick. Rear was -3ish before.

You are perfectly fine if the toe is close to zero

Get it aligned, and call it a day...

Also, post the alignment print out.

As posted above, they don't have the alignment print out anymore. It's already aligned, but the camber has a negative value. TOE is close to stock, but camber on front is around -1.5.

Im running -2.9* up front and gonna drop it lower for the summer time so it'll probably go up to 3.5 or 4*. Which is still fine, you just have to rotate your tires more often.

I missed that. The camber being negative is fine, and actually completly normal for a lowered car. This is why cars have an alignment range.

-1.5* is noithing to worry about at all! That is a very mild amount.

I run -2* all around, and the front end is toe'd out, I still get perfect wear.

I've got 2* front 1.8* rear and tires don't even remotely show signs of inner wear. I had 3* or more camber at least in high school with my super-dumped civic I had, and I went through two sets of falken all-seasons and never had any tire wear issues.

Also, we can't tell your camber by a picture of the tire. We need a picture of your alignment printout.

First of all, thank you ALLLL for your responses. It's been really helpful and I don't know how to multi-quote so I'm just quoting one reply. Sorry if I just posted some pictures to represent the camber. I can't provide any printout, so my bad..

All of your responses have been really great and helpful for us to have peace of mind. THANK YOU! So to close this thread, THE CAR WILL BE JUST FINE EVEN having a -2 camber all around as long as the toe is set close to zero. Thank you guys! I hope this helps other users here.
