Default busted struts

i cannot find a good set of struts and springs for a very low car that ride decent.. everyone says koni/GC's is this it?

but what is the best strut/spring combo for a slammed car thats not over 1g

(94 civic coupe)

i bought skunk2 Pro S coilovers from ebay for 589.99 shipped. so far so good. ride is nice. (contrary to other reviews) and they are adjustable from like .5" drop to 3.5" drop. mine are set right at the top of the tire on 14" HX wheels

h&r seems to be the best bang for you buck when it comes to springs...thats just from what i've been hearing...im a coilover person myself but your right it can get expensive
