I have a 92 civic hatback VX.
Stock break setup.
Recently pedal started to loose
alot of break feel when fully stopped at
the stop light (Pedal lossing pressure)
I asked for friends advice and said that it
was the MBC that was going bad. So
I changed it to another used one. There's
no difference at all. I mean is there a possibility that
my break booster is going bad. Im so clueless?!?!

If your booster was going bad, that pedal will feel like a rock. Ever drove an older car with manual brakes (no power assist)?
Try this. With the car off, pump the pedal over and over till the pedal gets real hard then hold it. If you have a hydraulic leak (caliper, MC, lines) the pedal will sink slowly to the floor, if its bad enough. When you replaced the MC, did you bench-bleed the replacement and did you bleed the system really well?
Try those things and you should find something. If not ill let you know what to look for.

ok, nope my pedal does not feel like a rock, so booster is ok, yes i benched 2 mcs, 1 used one and one new, and still pedals goes all the way in, yes i tried bleeding the brakes for like 3 hours with a help of a friend and nothing. i went outside and tried, i pumped the pedal still it wuz the hardest, if i pressed it, its really soft, if i hold it down its goes mostly all the way down, but it doesnt sink.
sounds like you have a caliper, wheel cylinder or master cylinder failing internally or a line open/damaged. take the calipers off the bracket and look around the seals around the piston. if it is leaking you'll see it around the seal.
It sounds like you've got air introduced into your system. Visually inspect your whole system, unbolt your calipers and check their seals, pull back the boots on your wheel cylinders- check their seals, check hoses and fittings for leaks. Look in all around your master, all around your prop valve. If it's all good, bleed that *****.

Yeah that was my first thought but he said they bled them for 3 hours (kinda long for bleeding). What sequence are you using? adobospoon hasnt stated whether or not he bench-bled the new MC.
you could always look underneath your car after letting it sit all night and check to see if you have any brake fluid on the ground that would be a sure tell if you have a leak somewhere even may give you a recomended place where it would be

I have a sinking/little resistance pedal after a new MC. Adjusting brake pedal pushrod? bad booster?
