Fluid level in the ABS reservoir is low, and the master cylinder fluid level is low. Find the source of the leak, and inspect the brakes for wear.

Short in the brake fluid level sensor, replace the cap, replace the ABS modulator assembly (defective). Are you sure the fluid level in BOTH the ABS reservoir and master cylinder reservoir are full?
