I just installed a new MC today cause my old kept letting my brakes sink. Know the brake pedal travels to low before it starts to work and it also wont build any preassure when its on. I bleed all 4 caliaprs twice and I bench bleed the MC as well. I really need some help on this one i leave for collage this Thursday so I only have a little time left to fix this.

Is the abs light on. Was the mc used? Iknow this question is dumb, but I will ask anyway. Abs compatible mc? If it does not build pressure, sounds like a bad booster.

The abs light is on its been on ever scine Ive owned the car. The MC is a rebuilt one from autozone. And the brake booster is good cause I forgot to hook it up yesterday on one of the test runs so I know thats no it. The abs is is giving me code 1 pump over run

Did you bleed using the proper sequence? Might not be your problem but I'm just trying to throw anything out there that I can think of.

Hey anything is better than nothing I bledd it RR,LF,LR,RF thats right isnt it. Oh and i just drove it a couple minutes ago and it seems like its buliding up a little pressure but not much when you bleed the brakes do you have to wait a couple days till the pedal gets bake to normal or do you think i should bleed them again

Might try bleeding again... The results when I did mine were instant. If you use the tube on the bleeder valve, or a can to catch the fluid, it doesn't hurt to over bleed, long as you keep the reservoir full of fluid. Make sure you get every last bit of air out... Brake fluid is so cheap you might as well make sure.

But if you're building up pressure over time, and your fluid level isn't dropping severely, I don't think you have a leak. Try another bleed. And yes that's the correct sequence to use.

Make sure your reservoir is filled all the way before you start to bleed, and fill it whenever it needs it. Also, are you bleeding with the car running? I assume you know this but just popped in my head to double check. Hope this helps!

One issue is that sometimes the piston going from the booster to the MC needs readjusting after a MC install. Honda uses a special tool for this so you may need to bring it in for them to check. I had similar issues and just raised the brake pedal a little. That helped but isn't as good as I'd like it.

Well there is the answer I didnt bleed the brakes with the car running I thought you had to bleed em with it off ! Oh well ...

I did bleed them again today and the pedal came back a little bit so I deff know its a air in the lines issue Thanks for your help everbody
