Default bleeding problem

i just deleted abs on my 97 integra and replace the brake booster, master cyclinder, and prob valve with ones off a 94 civic. i bench bleed the master cyclinder and then bleed the brakes a bunch of times. for the life of me i cant get the pedal to be stiff. i have about an inch of play before the brakes start to engage. could this be from the prop valve or any of the other parts or is it just me bleeding them ?

Theres your problem! That mc was designed for a civic with 9.5 inch brakes in the front!

You should definitely get a 15/16 or a 1" for a more stock feeling brake pedal

Id go with the full 1" master cylinder. Pedal feel is amazing!
I think i found mine on some old 4D integras with ABS at the junkyard.
