Default binding

my passenger side front caliper is not releasing as fast as the drivers side.If I stop on a slight incline and release the brakes I can hear it slowly let go.

The calipers(reman),discs,pads are new.

What are the odds of the lines, proportional valve causing this...or anything else.

I've done the test in the Haynes manual..I believe is for the brake booster, master cylinder and the pumps up and releases when you start the car.

it a 95 civic dx all stock.

any tips or advise
