Default best setup for bumpy roads

I currently spent all my cash in my engine swap and mods...when it came to suspension I got some cheap jdm imation coilovers from ebay and dropped it 1" plus got the toe to 0 degrees! My 2000 civic 2dr coupe is bouncy has hell with the jdm b18 under the hood!! I'm looking for affordable damper/coilovers setup for bumpy road conditions.....not looking to drop more then an 1" or so!!!

Need help!!!!

Tokico luminas and Eibach springs I think the
sprotlines will do. For coilovers Tein SS in your
case they dont have and aggresive drop and
are good for daily driving.
