Bad setup???
If this setup works for you and you feel comfortable with it then it is not for other's to give their opinion because every individual has their own "taste." Or unless you wanted a more streetable, less bouncy ride, etc, etc.
If it suits your needs, then keep it. If you find a setup that you like better... get it. There is nothing wrong with what you have.

ya, i try to avoid actual city driving as much as possible, lol.
one of my struts is leaking oil, so i was gonna purchase a new setup (possibly upgrading to a coilover system?)
I was thinking KSports with a Tein EDFC?

If you like your current spring rates, then keep them. No reason to change out if you like what you have. If its bouncy, then it sounds like you don't have enough shock for your springs. Get better shocks that can handle the spring rates you have (though AGX are adjustable and I hear many good things about them). If you've already blown one shock out, you're either way too low, or completely underdamped for your spring rates.
Lots of people confuse bouncyness with stiffness, have you tried softening your shocks? Have you checked for shock travel? have the shocks had the bump stops cut? I've seen bouncy rides due to non cut bump stops.
