Yes, get an alignment. It will be necessary to zero out toe and prevent excessive tire wear.

Um no. The shop cannot get the car to the original alignment specifications without them, but why would you want the original alignment? Youv'e changed the spring rates, ride height, center of gravity, roll center, blah blah, etc... and now want to use the original alignment specifications?

Just tell the shop to correctly set the toe. "Correctly" isn't necessarily OEM spec, as that is a personal preference and the OEM toe spec calls for some rear toe in, and many people prefer 0 toe all around. You will have more camber than a stock car. Thats part of lowering. However, increased negative camber isn't wrong for a lowered car. Its simply not stock, but neither is the suspension.

camber wear is not as dramatic as wear from your toe.

I daily drive with -4.0* front camber, -1.3* rear. So, if anyone should see "camber wear" it would be me. Now, I would expect "camber wear" to be on the inside of the tire, and I would think most people would think so as well, but that isn't where my tires have the most wear.

Since I just got a flat and have one of the tires off the car, I took some tread depth measurements. Outer shoulder 8/32", center 9/32", inner shoulder 9/32". The tire has been on the car for 1 year, and they're Toyo Proxes 4, so that seems about normal wear for my lower average annual mileage. But, why is the inner shoulder worn more than the outside shoulder? My guess, is that the slight rear toe in (factory spec for rear toe on an Integra) that I have caused it. I measured the other 3 tires as well, and they're all worn the exact same, in the same places. I also rotate monthly, if that makes a difference, when I switch to Azenis for autocross.

So, 1 year and about 9k miles, and the front camber setting has varied from -2.8* up to my current -4.0* over the year, and my tires are wearing perfectly normal. In fact, at this rate, they'll be old and hard before I burn through all the tread.

-2.2* is nothing to worry about. Just get the toe set correctly, and you'll be fine.
