Screwed up caster and radically different rear camber? Sounds like the car has been in a very serious wreck and never had the frame straightened afterward.

No offense intended, but I'm not sure "fixed" is the correct word to use there.

Though, I think the front crossmember is bolted in place, and can be "adjusted" somewhat...

what like a centimeter left and right you have to match the holes with the bolts i dont see to much adjustment with that, and the rear 1 was pulled by a body shop

Front camber is way off, front caster is way off...toe is easily corrected...Rear camber is off and rear toe can be corrected as well.

Just beciae a'body shop' pulled the wreck back to gether doesn't mean it was done correctly...perhaps the car was totaled??? and fixed anyway???

...did they give you specs for included angle?

If the car is lowered, then the original specs for camber should just be ignored, as they won't apply any more.

I'm not sure on the correct caster value for this generation of Civic. Going off of the printout you posted, since 0.8* is too low, and 2.7* is just past what the computer thinks is correct, sounds like 2.5* should be what the car has.

Either way, you want the caster even left to right, to prevent the car from pulling to one side. I've had the caster in my Integra anywhere from 0.2* to 4*, and as long as it is even on both sides the car drives fine. Other than subframe adjustment (or adjustable length radius rods on the Civic), there isn't any way to really adjust it, so if it is off something is usually bent.

yup i'll agree with the wreck theory....ummm really not a theory as the alignment numbers tell the painful truth.... one way to get around the caster issue is to get a traction bar, that will give you caster adjustment...also if your car is lowered and you have camber adjustment make sure it is actually set right. this along with your ride height being even can affect the angles...it may look right if you eyeball it but may be off? the hard truth tho is that your car has most definately been in a wreck and although there are ways to "cheat" the suspension a trip to the autobody frame yanker may actually bee the only way to fix this.... oh make sure the subframes themselves are not messed up as they can be replaced with straight ones as long as the body hasn't been tweaked too much? goodluck with things

To try and determine what is wrong you are missing some thing.

It would be nice to see a set back measurement Left and right SAI also would be of great help.

With the car being lowered it will throw numbers around out of spec and nowhere near each other but I deff agree the car has unsolved issues from a accident.

your car is still bent. its not "fixed" yet, clearly.

also..eyeballing is not going to solve many angle/geometry answers on problems like this.

no need to actually start to rip anything apart yet. just get under there and start measuring suspension parts....lengths....take a straightedge to them and compare left to right.... look at the crossmembers for signs of an impact(check the bolts to see if they've moved or bent at all)...
if the car was in some sort of front end crash, the area where the front strut may have been pushed up...this would result in the differing left to right caster and camber...but most importantly the caster tells the story...
whether the car was lowered or not the caster should stay the same

what kind of suspension are you running?
coilovers or lowering springs
do you have any camber adjust on the car

the reason i ask is that some of the number could be set straight if you have the coilovers set wrong for example...

oh and i would start by setting your toe straight! yes! a simple job if there ever was one...
it won't fix much more than the toe but do it while you are under there looking for the bentness...
fact is the car is BENT yup so you must decide what to do about it
1.junk it...parts?
2.twist it right @a good frame shop(or get lucky as H#LL and find an easily replaceable bent piece)
3.spend some dough and buy coilovers, traction bar and camber adjust and hope this gives you the adjustability to fix this(by doing this you end up with great parts on a bent car)

its on coilovers right now and just recently fixed my right side upper control arm the 1 i got from the junkyard looks different then the 1 that was on there, i have torn my suspension apart alot and havent noticed anything badly damaged but i know there is something wrong that i have been able to see, i also to remeber the left side bar that runs from the front crossmember under the radiator and goes to the lower control was missing a bolt and had to take some time getting it in because the holes werent lined up.
im not driving the car much at all anymore till i get this fixed like a mile a day to and from school
