Default Alignment Caster off ...

Car is a 2004 Acura TSX, everything on the alignment sheet is ok except for the right front caster, which is slightly off and is not adjustable. The Alignment tech said he couldn't see what was bent when doing the alignment since it was off by only a small amount.

Said the only way was to replace part by part to fix the problem but that is not the route I want to go as cost can add up quickly. Alignment sheet attached:

It's only 0.1° outside of the specified range, and only 0.4° off from the other side. If the car doesn't have excessive pull to the side, I'd ignore it.

Worn control arm bushings can cause the caster to be a bit off, in addition to the usual bent parts.

Yeah, it's fairly common for caster to be off a touch like that. Bushings and oem tolerances can even cause that to be off a tad. Not to mention the machine calibration. Sometimes even starting the measurement over and doing another caster sweep can read a different number.

The bushing and ball joints on the front control arms were on my to do list. Since the left side is fine, I will just get oem bushing, ball joints and have them pressed out. As for the right side, should I get just the bushing and ball joints and have them pressed out or a new complete control arm?

For some strange reason, the right side oem front control is $50 more then the left driver side. Retail for the right side goes for $240 or $180 wholesale. Might go the aftermarket route as a new complete arm is only $70 (raybestos PG or Moog RK). Leaning toward the Raybestos because the Moog only makes the cheaper RK series control arm for the TSX.

Thanks for the help guys.

the control are would be faster and actually easier to do instead of needing to have the old ones pressed in and out. plus if the arm is slightly bent new bushings wont fix it. But like TunerNoob said if it doesnt pull you should be ok.
