Default is it true....

that the CA state ref is closed due to the state budhet crisis??? i wana know cuz i jus got a state reff ticket for headers and i think its bs...the chp is import racist!

negative. no referees, no fix it tickets.
its only fixable at the time u get pulled over or inspected at a checkpoint.

well ima try that out , take it to the chp station or something have them check it out and hopefully get it signed off or they will tell me what to do from there.

it wont work.
at least it didnt for me.
i tried to get my front license plate ticket signed at the chp station and he told me he couldnt do it

Actually CHP is the one that signs off on fix it tickets, I just had a no front plate ticket and had to get it signed off, and CHP did it.

yes my buddy is a cop, so I ask him about all that stuff, as for ref tickets though, I am unsure, haven't gotten one before. Hope to keep it that way.

well the chp said he couldnt sign off my ticket.
butt he fee is like 10 bucks so i dont care.
i cant believe i got it at mount wilson..
thats just unbelievable
