Sun Auto Hyper Force System - Testing
Fellow Enthusiasts,
Inline Four has been chosen by Sun Auto to test their new products for the Honda market. In Japan, they recently released a product called Hyper Force System. It's an ignition coil amplifier box that wires up and plugs into each coil and coil harness. On a tested Mitsubishi EVO they achieved 16.6whp gain and 12.3 ft. lbs. of torque. These amplifiers, if you want to call them that, are not designed for specific applications, but rather as a 4 cylinder or a 6 cylinder box. So far, they offer a harness for the K24 engine, but our current test with fitment concludes that the harness currently fits K24, K20A, K20Z3, F20C and F22C. Basically, all currently model Honda/Acura with coil on plug design. In the coming weeks, we will be testing them on S2000, RSX and Civic Si. That should give us a good average on what the gains are with the 4 cyl. unit. We will be updating this thread with dyno charts, before and after. If all goes well, Sun Auto will participate and be the next guest vendor for Inline Four's IL4 Tech Meet, where we will hold a dyno demonstration, where enthusiasts will see the results, first hand.
By the way, a warm thank you goes out to all enthusiasts that participated in our Torco Lubricants Tech Meet on October 27th, last month. We hope you enjoyed yourselves and once again, thank you.
Currently, the unit retails for about $350.00, but it is not set in stone if it will be adjusted for the american market.
Stay tuned for more information and results.
Best Regards,
Brandon Bacio

i looked at ALLDATA wire diagram and you can use this also on the 01 - 05 civic D17 coils!
I might have to give this a try!
