They're both good springs. I'm not sure what company Neuspeed is using now but their springs used to be made by H&R.

i agree with azn baller i have nuespeed race and i think they are the perfer compromise, they lowered me by about 2 1/4 in the front and 2 in the rear.
I've run Neuspeed springs on both my Hondas and German cars with no problems.
We just picked up a set for a friend's Teg a few weeks ago and they're great.
He got them for around $129.95 or so from MJM Autohaus (www.mjmautohaus.com)
Not sure if they are still on sale or not, though.

i have had both neuspeed sport and H&R sport springs on my teg. honestly, i could not tell a difference between the two. The H&R's feel SLIGHTLY stiffer but that might just be my imagination.
Take it from me, I worked for an H&R and Neuspeed distributor about three years ago - there is no real difference other than price. Their springs rates are damn near the same.
The Neuspeed's are less expensive, though.
