Carbon hood clear coat?

Carbon hood clear coat?
I bought a used CF hood and the guy just told me that it has two small clear coat crack near the top of the hood. Has anyone had these problems? Hard to fix, or not a big deal?

Carbon isn't cracked. But, how should I go about fixing the clear coat? Is it just like a normal clear coat, or a special coat?
