anyone with remote start alarm systems? i know the brake or the clutch is used as the +12v signal when pressed, to turn off the remote start if the key is not used in the ignition.

I was thinking to wire that same wire to my e-brake switch, but instead of being +12v when the ebrake is down, the ebrake wire is constant, and then grounded when its released.

maybe a relay is needed? can someone help on how to wire one so that when the e-brake is down, +12v is applied to the alarm wire?
